Our History
We are Petras and Laurynas. We’ve been friends since childhood. Sharing the same school, the same class and the same circle of friends we got to know each other very well, find shared passions, interests, goals, wishes and dreams. Our business idea has emerged from our shared values, desires and different skills which we combined to create InModulus.
Petras Slavinskas
Petras is a highly experienced professional in the field of real estate, equipped with skills in sales, administration, preparation of documents, communication with clients. Numerous times he has witnessed many great dreams and desires to own a home or start a business become irrational and unattainable due to extremely high costs of construction, purchase and/or rent. Watched high amounts of loans and deadlines wreck the joy even after acquisition of the property.
Laurynas
Meanwhile, Laurynas boasts a wealth of experience in the production and design of metal structures, project management, improvement of various company processes, production of modular buildings, and has a great expertise in the latest technologies and innovations of construction.
Following some long discussions, we realized that we are able to create a product that is close to our hearts, a product we believe in and that we are able to solve the existing problems and create our own product line. Our goal is to create sustainable and high-quality products for business, leisure and living.
